Vocal Pedagogy
For Vocal Pedagogy class, I taught a Soprano and a Baritone voice lessons for the semester. It concluded with a recital where they each sang a piece from memory. Lessons consisted of purposeful warmups that helped them identify and feel different elements of good singing technique. As time went on, we worked on applying those same skills in the warmups to their solo repertoire.
